We can’t guarantee delivery at an exact time, but we usually deliver within four hours of receiving an order. You can specify a preferred time frame in the special instruction box when placing your order, and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your request.
Recipient Unavailable: If the recipient isn’t available when we attempt delivery, our delivery person may leave the gift in a secure place, like with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to arrange an alternate delivery time, depending on the delivery location.
Contacting the Recipient: In certain situations, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure they’ll be available to accept the delivery.
Requesting Delivery at the Door: We strongly advise against requesting deliveries to doorsteps, porches, yards, or locations where the recipient can’t receive the arrangement personally. If you choose to do so, you assume all liability for the delivery, and we can’t be responsible for missing or damaged products due to this request.
